After years of experience in the music industry, Rajemi decides to form a choir called "Commitment" to bring American Black soul music to Dublin, Ireland, resonating with the impoverished working class. However, as Rajemi works tirelessly to mold the diverse members he has gathered into a perfect choir, unpredictable factors beyond his control threaten the fate of this group on the verge of success. Dublin, Ireland, has a population of just over a million but boasts more than 1,200 bands. Director Alan Parker selected 12 talented young artists from over 3,000 auditioners, with an average age of only 20, who are passionate about music, truly representing the youth of Dublin.
