Famous movie star Jan Erbang (played by Leung Ka-fai) often portrays heroic characters, but in real life, he is timid as a mouse, causing his beloved wife Man Qiong (played by Yu An-an) to leave him. Since then, he has been living with his two daughters, Cream (played by Gillian Chung) and Crispy. Tie Nan (played by Chan Siu-chung) and Janet (played by Tian Pu-jun) are both Interpol agents. They learn that terrorist Long Yi (played by Xu Jinjiang) is coming to Hong Kong to acquire another batch of biochemical weapons. During their confrontation with the terrorists in Hong Kong, they accidentally stumble into Erbang's home. Tie Nan is injected with a virus that causes intellectual regression, reducing his IQ to that of a 4-year-old child. Man Qiong returns from Hollywood intending to discuss a collaboration with Erbang, but they are interrupted by the terrorists, who discover that the missing virus is located in Erbang's home. In the struggle against the terrorists, Erbang displays the rare courage and intelligence he once had for the sake of his daughters and ex-wife, successfully capturing the criminals and reuniting his family.
