Taiwanese teenager Little Dog (played by Aaron Kwok) has his father imprisoned for snitching on the police, leading to the temporary incarceration of a Taiwanese gangster boss who awaits prosecution. For safety reasons, Little Dog moves to Hong Kong, changing his name and enrolling in Sheng Yuqiang Secondary School. Negotiation expert Ah Jian (played by Cheung Kin Ting), who often makes mistakes during negotiations, is assigned to Sheng Yuqiang Secondary School as an undercover teacher to find Little Dog. Upon arrival, Ah Jian discovers that the students are troublesome delinquents, and the student leader, A Shih, is particularly challenging. At school, Ah Jian meets female teacher Dream (played by Julie Choi) and quickly develops feelings for her. Meanwhile, Ah Jian’s girlfriend, undercover cop Ah Qing (played by Ching Siu Tung), also arrives at the school. Struggling to handle the unruly students, Ah Jian is also caught in a love triangle, leading to constant comedic situations at the school. Ultimately, the Taiwanese gangster boss is released due to insufficient evidence, and after killing Little Dog's father, he comes to Hong Kong to eliminate Little Dog as well. Will Ah Jian be able to successfully save Little Dog from the Taiwanese gangsters?
