Madrid. Seven hopeful candidates vying for a top executive position at a multinational company are preparing for the interview screening in an office of a skyscraper on Castellana Avenue. After navigating the labyrinthine procedures of filling out forms, qualification assessments, and other bureaucratic paperwork, all seven candidates are escorted by a secretary to a cold room to wait for the interview screening. After each one cautiously introduces themselves, they all wonder if they are being monitored by cameras and why a psychologist has been placed among them for evaluation. One candidate mentions a testing method similar to one used in the United States to select who is best suited to thrive in a competitive business environment.
