Roman (Dany Boon) is a medical consultant who, over forty, has no family or partner and has very little experience in interacting with women due to his obsessive cleanliness and fear of women. Dimitri (Kad Merad) is Roman's only friend and also a psychologist. He is aware of his friend's "condition" and is anxious about it. To help Roman lead a normal life, Dimitri designs a comprehensive "treatment plan" for him.
