Xiaodi (played by Xu Jiao) is a poor child studying at an elite school. He is honest and kind, but always bullied and ridiculed by the wealthy kids. Xiaodi lives with his father (played by Stephen Chow) in an abandoned old house. His father works hard every day to provide for him so he can study well and succeed in the future.
