Firefighter Gordon (played by Arnold Schwarzenegger) has a beautiful and happy family. However, he encounters an unexpected disaster: Colombian terrorists blow up a building in a bustling area of Los Angeles for their own purposes, and a delayed Gordon witnesses the fire from the explosion burning his wife and child alive in front of the building. The U.S. government only provides Gordon with a four-word explanation: "indirect injury." Although Gordon desperately calls for justice to bring the perpetrators to justice, the Colombian authorities claim it was the work of rebels, and this group of rebels has been in a civil war with the government for ten years, making it impossible for the government to capture them. The government's weak actions infuriate Gordon, who is determined to personally go to Colombia to find these terrorists and make them pay for their blood debts!
