Mike (played by Yu Wenle) is the highest case-solving rate police officer in Hong Kong, which is because he is wealthy; more specifically, his father is rich. Using money as bait and buying informants with cash have continuously raised his solving record, earning him the nickname among colleagues: Flower Police. No one believes he can solve cases without money. During one case, Mike causes big trouble for the police force again — scattering money from the air leads to traffic paralysis — and thus gets suspended. Meanwhile, Lin Heng (played by Chen Kun), who comes from the mainland to investigate his brother's death, happens to know Mike. On their first meeting, both are dressed in the same suit and tie, a fateful coincidence. Even more coincidentally, Mike's ex-girlfriend Lisa (played by Zhou Jiaxin) is inseparable from Lin Heng. One wants to find the true culprit, while the other wants to prove his ability. Lin Heng and Mike join forces, and as they start to gather clues, they gradually realize they have been lured into a trap by the murderer. Amid the danger, the two develop an extraordinary friendship, but the ending is not as beautiful as we expect.
