On a rainy night, the Hong Kong forensic center is raided by a group of well-trained thugs. The intruders take forensic doctors Chan Ka-ho (played by Kevin Cheng) and Jo-lin (played by Yang Zi) hostage, forcing them to find a special corpse and locate a bullet inside it. During the autopsy, the forensics team discovers that the bullet is related to a major gangland bloodbath, and the identity of the leader, SANTA (played by Aaron Kwok), has its own mysteries. To protect the evidence and uncover the truth, unarmed Chan Ka-ho and Jo-lin utilize everything at their disposal and leverage the unique layout of the forensic center to counterattack. As the increasingly agitated thugs become more bloodthirsty, the desperate forensic doctors, undaunted by the risk of collapse and loss of life, are determined to fight to the end!
