The central committee chairman, Chien Lao, is set to visit Hong Kong for a personal visit. Sister Zheng (played by Zheng Yuling) and Ah Sheng (played by Zhang Jianting) are tasked with going to Hong Kong in advance to prepare for security. Unexpectedly, their plane malfunctions and ends up at an airport in Taiwan. Sister Zheng prepares meticulously for the reception from the Taiwanese side, but after spending time together, she begins to establish preliminary trust with the Taiwanese police officer in charge of the reception, Officer Jiang Dayong (played by Chen Songyong).
