The lecherous and bankrupt car repair shop owner Lin Hongguang (played by Peng Bo) receives a special task from the stingy boss of a real estate company: to get a BMW 3 Series car to burn for his son who died in a car accident. Lin Hongguang lowballs a deal with the washed-up gang consultant B Ge (played by Wu Zhixiong) from Hongxing in Hong Kong to package the gang led by Zhou Rifa (played by Cheng Zonghuan) to execute the plan while he uses the funding from the real estate company to indulge in pleasures.
