She (played by Lee Rae) is a beautiful and ordinary little girl living with her parents in a home located at the street corner. The family runs a grocery store named after her, Sooyeon, with her mother (played by Yoon Ji-won) busy day and night as the store owner, while her father works hard in a factory. On that rainy morning, Sooyeon goes to school alone with an umbrella. Near the school, she encounters an uncle with a lewd appearance and a strong smell of alcohol, which sets off her tragic journey.
