Once touted as the "Judo Little Hercules," Si Tu Bao (played by Louis Koo) was once a master, but has since given up judo and fallen into the depths of debt, gambling, and alcoholism. The new judo champion, Tony (played by Aaron Kwok), comes to challenge Si Tu Bao, aiming to test his skills. His old rival, the fierce Li A-Gang (played by Tony Leung), also shows up to settle an unfinished match from years past. As a result, Tony and Si Tu Bao become friends.
