In the Jianghu, two opposing forces represent rival gangs of a mafia organization. One is the ruthless and cunning boss Xiong, while the other is led by Zhang Yi, who has decided to turn his life around. 　　Li Zhenggang, a member of the Flying Tiger team, has a friend, Luo Daqiang, who is an undercover agent. Luo had enough evidence to expose Boss Xiong's organization but tragically died before completing his mission. Seeking revenge for his friend, Li Zhenggang volunteers to go undercover. He uses a black-on-black strategy to rob Zhang Yi’s shipment, only to be recognized by Zhang as a hero and subsequently given a key position. Li then collects evidence of Zhang’s crimes, only to discover that the true enemy who killed his friend is Boss Xiong. Chief Gao sends someone to follow Li Zhenggang, learning of Zhang Yi's last smuggling plan before retirement, and then leads a capture operation that ultimately allows Zhang to escape.
