Xu Jian is a righteous man who often fights for justice but is frequently involved in conflicts. Although Cheng Chaoan has learned martial arts, he refrains from fighting due to his mother's advice. The ice factory where the Chinese workers work hides drugs in the ice for profit. Soon, two Chinese workers find the drugs and are killed by the factory manager and the owner. Xu Jian confronts the owner for the missing workers but is brutally murdered by hired thugs at his home. The workers search for their missing colleagues and Xu Jian in vain and decide to go on strike in protest. The factory manager and foremen violently attack the workers, and Cheng Chaoan steps in to help. Fearing him, the manager promotes him to a leadership position, and the workers start calling him "The Big Boss." Seeing that they cannot win Cheng Chaoan over, the owner has all the Chinese workers killed. Cheng Chaoan rushes to the owner's home, seeking revenge for the blood debt...
