During the puppet Manchukuo era, the situation is turbulent. The Kwantung Army is ruthless, and the revolutionary organization known as the National Salvation Association takes action when the opportunity arises. Under this seemingly clear sky, a jobless youth nicknamed Little Northeast (played by Lei Jiayin) roams the streets, living by swindling and deceiving people.
