The classical music composer Cardo (Enrico Lo Verso) undergoes castration during his brother Farinelli's (Stefano Dionisi) childhood to preserve his voice, preventing it from fading as he grows up, ultimately making Farinelli a great singer. Their fates are intertwined, agreeing to share everything from that moment on—music, honor, and women. Farinelli’s captivating singing voice and innocent charm enchant numerous women, while Cardo shares a body with his brother, controlling the naive Farinelli in both emotions and career. One day, after learning the truth, Farinelli is devastated and cannot forgive his brother for his actions, leading to a rift between them. When a solar eclipse occurs, Cardo attempts to commit suicide but survives, finally obtaining Farinelli’s forgiveness. He then quietly leaves a child in his brother’s lover Alice’s womb as compensation for his past actions.
