This film, based on a true story, is set in 1966 during The Beatles' tour in Almería, a city in southern Spain. “It's Easy to Live with Your Eyes Closed” is a lyric derived from a Beatles single written by Lennon during this Spanish tour: "Strawberry Fields Forever". The film is related to him, but it does not tell his story; instead, it narrates the tale of three individuals from different backgrounds and experiences striving to get closer to and visit John Lennon: a Spanish English teacher who is obsessed with Lennon and travels to the Beatles' tour location, a boy who has run away from home at the age of sixteen, and a young pregnant girl also fleeing from something... What kind of sparks and stories will emerge from their journey together? And what is the connection of this film to John Lennon? In 2014, it won the Goya Awards for Best Film, Best Actress, and Best Original Screenplay.
