Former Kanto Higashikikukai executive, Egawa Koichi, has washed his hands of the underworld and is now running the Ginza club, Madrid, living a peaceful life with his mistress, Akiko. The Kansai West Japan Federation has set its sights on Tokyo's Ginza as the last bastion of their nationwide domination. The West Japan Federation has targeted Madrid at the center of Ginza, but Higashikikukai's Gohara has sent his executive, Yazaki Ryuuji, to launch an acquisition of Madrid. However, Egawa remains resolute in protecting Madrid. Meanwhile, Egawa's subordinates, unable to tolerate the actions of Higashikikukai, secretly conspire to restore the Egawa group. Mochizuki, along with a few thugs, kidnaps the up-and-coming singer Amano Mari, who is managed by Higashikikukai, and stages it to appear as the work of the West Japan Federation, demanding 100 million yen in ransom. A few days later, Amano Mari is found dead, and the media erupts in speculation about the involvement of the Kanto and Kansai gangs behind the incident. Mochizuki secures the 100 million yen and entrusts the money to former Egawa group member Hama Yuki. Mochizuki and Hama propose the restoration of the group to Egawa, but he declines. On the other hand, upon discovering that the kidnapping of Amano Mari was the work of Mochizuki and his men, Higashikikukai hires hitmen to kill Mochizuki and Egawa's subordinates. After witnessing the brutal deaths of his men, Egawa, who has been silent until now, finally confronts Gohara with a declaration of war. Hama, upon learning of this, contacts former Egawa group members and introduces Egawa to Tatsu, a dismantler. While working as a dismantler, Tatsu had made over a hundred handmade guns. Preparations for battle are complete. Egawa and his men launch an assault on the executives of Higashikikukai—Moroki, Nibashi, Yamaoka, Higashimatsu, Nishida, and Yazaki, who are devising strategies against the West Japan Federation. A gunfight ensues, and Egawa and Tatsu kill Yamaoka, Higashimatsu, and Nishida while escaping, but Tatsu is killed along the way. Egawa is aided by Gohara's wife and his former lover, Yuko, as he escapes. Meanwhile, Yazaki desperately searches for Egawa and goes to Akiko's apartment to lure him out. Egawa falls into the trap but escapes at once, hiding at a poultry farm. Yazaki suspects Egawa's hiding place and confronts him alone. On the other hand, Gohara has fallen to Egawa's bullets, allowing executive Moroki to take over as president of Higashikikukai and join forces with the president of the West Japan Federation, Shimamura. They secretly conspire to eliminate the troublesome Egawa and Yazaki…
