The drama is set between 1900 and 1905, telling the story of the righteous army. While there have been many Korean dramas set during the Japanese occupation period (1910-1945), few stories focus on the time before this occupation. The drama will depict the story of a boy who, during the Shinmi Incident (1871), arrives in America on a warship and returns to his abandoned homeland of Korea as a member of the U.S. military, where he becomes stationed.
