Freshman college student Si Ying (played by Song Yunhua) starts working at "Waiting for a Person" coffee shop, where she meets the super cool barista Abus (played by Lai Yayan), who is skilled at coffee brewing and can make any special coffee ordered by the customers. The cheerful A Tuo is passionate and sincere, and he works everywhere to fulfill his dream of traveling around the world, which leads him to become a legendary senior in campus life due to his extended graduation. Through his work experiences, he also meets Brother Pao (played by Li Luo), who seems to be a gang leader but was actually a film director, and Aunt Jin (played by Lan Xinmei), the laundromat owner with amazing cooking skills. Deeply attracted by Si Ying's sense of justice, A Tuo often introduces his interesting friends to her, making Si Ying's life colorful because of A Tuo. Si Ying has been secretly in love with Ze Yu, considering A Tuo just a good friend she can talk to about anything. It is only when A Tuo decides to leave Taiwan to pursue his dreams abroad that Si Ying understands - the person she has been waiting for is not Ze Yu, but A Tuo...
