This series, written by Emilia di Girolamo, tells the true crime story of the 1992 case - the rape and murder of Rachel Nickell. At the time, the police believed Colin Stagg was the true perpetrator but lacked sufficient evidence. In desperation, a young detective decided to collaborate with a criminal profiler and conduct a bold undercover operation. Niamh Algar plays the undercover officer Lizzie James, who is assigned to get close to the suspect Colin Stagg and entice him.
