Tulsa is a U.S. soldier stationed in West Germany who loves to sing and plans to open a club in Oklahoma with a few comrades after his discharge. To save up enough capital for his venture, he bets his friend Dynamite that he can win over the cold-hearted dancer Lili from the Europa Club for a night alone together. However, Dynamite is reassigned to Alaska due to behavioral issues before the bet can be resolved. To prevent the bet from going to waste, the comrades nominate the charming Tulsa to step in. During their time together, Tulsa gradually falls in love with Lili, and his talent and sincerity touch her heart. But because of the bet, Tulsa feels guilty and declines Lili's invitation. On the night they were supposed to meet, Tulsa receives an urgent babysitting assignment. Having never taken care of a child before, Tulsa is overwhelmed by the crying baby and has no choice but to reach out to Lili for help. Will Lili lend a hand? How will Tulsa explain the bet?
