The sequel to The King of Power. In 2018, Earth suffered a catastrophic disaster, and living beings were in dire straits. The only resources for human survival—clean water and electricity—were controlled by the evil forces of the Black Eye clan, and the people lived in extreme hardship. Only the justice-driven Professor He, undaunted by violence, led his disciples in secret research on electricity and clean water.
