Who would have thought that the once fearsome devil coach, Kitagawa Tetsu II (played by Eiji Okuda), who terrified the boys of the soccer club, would fall severely ill? The rough and domineering figure of the past is no more; now he is like a lonely old man, simply awaiting death’s arrival. However, this turn of events has significantly improved the relationship between the Kitagawa father and son. 27-year-old Kitagawa Shirou (played by AKIRA) was once a member of his father’s soccer team, but his father was never particularly fond of him and was increasingly strict. Since his father fell ill, Shirou seems to have become a good friend with whom his father can share everything, and they even promise to go fishing by a quiet lakeside after recovery.
