After the fateful battle with Monster Kin (played by Masahiro Matsuoka), the three realms have welcomed a long-awaited peace. Monster Prince (played by Satoshi Ohno) bids farewell to Utako and Hiroshi and returns to the monster realm, where he is about to hold his coronation ceremony. However, Monster Prince is not fond of this arrangement; he misses his good friends in the human world day and night and always thinks about escaping. His thoughts distress the Monster King and the vampires. To help him refocus, the Monster King decides to send him back to the human world. With the help of the brilliant Sheep Man (played by Takahiro Higuchi) and his teleportation machine, Monster Prince returns to the human world, only to find that Utako and Hiroshi are particularly cold to him. It turns out that these are all illusions created by Sheep Man, meant to sever his attachment to the human world. Unfortunately, the machine suddenly malfunctions, trapping Monster Prince in a virtual world... This film is based on the manga of the same name by Fujiko Fujio.
