Soon, Bates (played by Tabrett Bethell) and her husband Cam (played by Andy Whitfield) will welcome their child, and the couple is completely immersed in happiness. On their way back home, they check into a motel, but that night, Cam desperately discovers that the heavily pregnant Bates has disappeared. His instincts tell him that the motel is behind this, and driven by love, he sets off on a quest to find his wife, disregarding the police's objections. Bates wakes up to find herself trapped in an abandoned factory, and the wound on her belly tells her that the baby is missing. In the factory, Bates finds many other women who have been kidnapped and forced to give birth, and driven by maternal love, they decide to unite, find their children, and escape this nightmare-like place. However, as their actions deepen, Bates realizes she seems to be caught in a terrifying conspiracy.
