Medical school student Mia (Michelle Ang) is planning to write a doctoral thesis on Alzheimer's disease. She eventually finds a woman named Sarah Logan (Anne Ramsay) and hopes to make a documentary featuring Sarah's mother, Deborah (Jill Larson). Deborah is conservative and rigid, currently in the early stages of Alzheimer's. Although she is quite resistant to the filming, her family's dire financial situation compels her to accept her daughter's request. Following this, Mia, along with the filming team consisting of Gavin (Brett Gentile) and Louis (Jeremy DeCarlos), drives to the Logans' house located in the middle of the jungle. They interview people around Deborah and closely record the family's every action and behavior. During this process, Deborah's deteriorating condition makes her increasingly eccentric, to the point of becoming disturbingly terrifying...
