This is a world overrun by super-powered heroes, who wear masks and tight outfits. Although they don't possess multiple super abilities like Superman, this group of heroes helps those in need with their unique skills. They form a Super Power Association, working together and once earning the trust of the police and citizens. However, ever since a certain hero shot his wife, their reputation has plummeted. Superhero Frosty Frankie (played by Kris Lemche) is the son of that wife-killing hero, and now he is engulfed in anxiety. His real name is Brandon, and he becomes a superhero to date his girlfriend Emily (played by Christine Evangelista), as their relationship has soured. During a transport mission, he meets another hero "X-Ray" (played by Joey Kern). Since it's not time yet for the transport, these two heroes linger in a nearby motel, causing quite a stir.
