In a high school far from the hustle and bustle of the metropolis, girl Hanehime Eiko (played by Mirai Honoka) and her friend Tsuzizawa Miki (played by Aoyama Misaki) are enjoying their last moments together. Eiko, who loves to draw, volunteers to apply to an art school. Whenever Miki reads the novel "Puberty Game" by their alumnus Hanaka Natsue (played by Kawamura Yukie), who has already graduated, Eiko quietly draws her friend's face beside her. One day, Miki unexpectedly encounters Natsue, who works as a librarian, and is overjoyed. She shares this discovery with Eiko and actively engages with the writer she admires. She becomes infatuated with the portrayal of a forbidden love in the novel, even blurring the lines between the story and reality. As she immerses herself in the world created by the new author, she inadvertently grows distant from Eiko. The girl's final innocent days are filled with various emotions and confusion...
