Driven by their passion for music, Takarou Nikinuma (played by Shuuhei Nomura) and his high school classmates Kusakabe (played by Tomoya Maeno) and Iida (played by Keisuke Okamoto) form a rock band called Rock’n Roll Brothers. After graduation, they head to Tokyo together, working tirelessly for their musical dreams, yet despite their efforts, they struggle to find success. The three young men hang out at a Live House run by Matsumoto (played by Naoto Takenaka), anxiously waiting for the day they catch the public's attention. One day, during a performance, Nikinuma is interrupted by a girl who takes the mic and guitar, singing passionately, leading to a chaotic brawl with Kusakabe and the others. Unexpectedly, this girl turns out to be the popular idol singer Saki Utagawa (played by Tomomi Nikaido). Immersed in the commercial world, Utagawa finds herself moved by the raw yet free-spirited sound of Nikinuma and his friends, and with little time left, she reaches out to these immature boys due to her unfulfilled wishes. The singers from different worlds have their fates intertwined... This film is adapted from the manga of the same name by Katsuhiro Enokiya.
