Takumi Eagle (played by Sho Sakurai) has dreamed of becoming a soccer player since childhood. With his hard work and talent, he was selected as a representative of the Japanese national soccer team at a young age, with a future full of hope and brightness. Takumi has been in a relationship with his fiancée, Miki Nakagawa (played by Masami Nagasawa), for many years, and they are about to step into the wedding hall together. At this crucial moment, Takumi suffers a serious car accident, resulting in a spinal injury and lower limb paralysis, leaving him to spend the rest of his life in a wheelchair. The dual blow to his body and spirit causes Takumi to collapse. Just when he is about to give up hope for life, Miki presents him with a marriage application form. Despite the opposition from family and friends, Miki becomes Takumi's wife. With her support, Takumi actively participates in rehabilitation therapy and regains his passion for life.
