This film consists of three distinct segments, jointly created by directors Chen Yuxun, Shen Keshang, and Hou Jiran. In the first segment, radical university student Luo Wei (played by Wang Borui) promotes revolutionary ideas in student organizations and seeks help from the print worker, the limping girl Juliet (played by Vivian Hsu), to print the society's publication. Out of her secret admiration for him, she stays up late to complete the work on time, hoping to please him. However, her unrequited love does not yield the desired outcome, and instead... The second segment tells the story of a girl named Juliet (played by Li Qianna) who, troubled by love, encounters a middle-aged man in a mental hospital. He comes to repay a 30-year-old love debt. The poignant love story of a pampered daughter from a dance troupe and a young master from a family of puppeteers is unveiled. Unfortunately, things have changed, and he is gone. Through these experiences, Juliet realizes the true meaning of persistence... In the third segment, Zhu Liyie (played by Kang Kang) has had 28 failed crushes before turning 40. He loves men, but all efforts have failed. When he contemplates suicide to end his life, he unexpectedly gets involved with a film crew and becomes a temporary actor, embarking on his 29th unrequited love...
