After the princess flees, Andrew leaves a ransom note for the emperor, demanding one hundred thousand gold bars. The emperor is thrown into a panic and immediately sends three top Imperial Guards with the ransom to America to rescue the princess. Among them is Guard Huang Qiang (played by Jackie Chan), who had seen the princess during her escape but was unable to stop her, leaving him unable to forget her. Thus, he requests his uncle, who is a translator, to advocate for his participation in the rescue mission. The captain of the guard approves his request, and the group officially sets off to America.
