After falling from being a national actor to a struggling romance actor, Lee Soon-jae (played by Lee Soon-jae) encounters retired police dog Sophie while hiding in a village in Namhae. He discovers that he can understand Sophie's speech, and subsequently, various mysterious events occur in the village of Namhae.
