This film is directed by Zhang Che, written by Ni Kuang, and stars kung fu superstars David Chiang and Fu Sheng. The story describes Lin Shaoyou (Fu Sheng), Shi Dayong (Qi Guanjun), and Guan Fei (Li Yimin), three豪侠 wandering the Jianghu. On the surface, they seem to play around, but they are filled with ambition and pledge to fight against oppression. By chance, the three assist young wealthy gentleman Chu Tiexia (David Chiang) in escaping a perilous situation, and they become sworn friends, discovering that Chu is actually a master known for his exceptional skills in "Golden Bullet" in the Jianghu. A foreign prince of the Yuan dynasty already harbors ambitions to seize the wealthy gentleman's fortune and later uses the excuse of pursuing Chu to act.
