Kazuaki (Masataka Kubota), who has been an orphan since childhood, is a third-rate boxer. Although his coach has high hopes for him, he has no fighting spirit at all. During a match, Kazuaki unexpectedly gets knocked down by his opponent despite having the advantage. Subsequent examinations reveal a tumor in his brain, putting his life in jeopardy. The lovely girl Monica (Sakurako Ohara) leads a life as dark as her name suggests; she was sold to the mob by her father, who owes a huge debt, and in order to repay it, she is forced to sell her body, becoming increasingly trapped in the whirlpool of drugs and sex. These two damaged souls meet on a desperate night but find themselves entangled in a gang's conspiracy.
