On a calm and bright day, a heartbreaking wail suddenly echoes over the sea from Luffy (voiced by Mayumi Tanaka), as he discovers that his most beloved straw hat has mysteriously vanished while he was sleeping. Understanding the significance of the straw hat, his fellow members of the Straw Hat Pirates join forces to help him search for it. During their quest, Chopper and others also rescue a dying old pirate (voiced by Tomomichi Nishimura). Soon, they spot a strange vulture soaring in the sky with Luffy's straw hat in its beak, sparking a thrilling chase from the air to the sea. Meanwhile, the Navy also gathers its strongest forces to hunt down the Straw Hat Pirates. A once-in-a-lifetime battle unfolds over a hat... This film is the 11th theatrical version of Eiichiro Oda’s original work "One Piece," and it is the first to be produced in 3D, released simultaneously with the 3D version of "Delicious Hunter."
