Rin Oikawa (voiced by Nana Mizuki) is the daughter of a famous ballet dancer, and her mother's graceful figure is deeply etched in Rin's eyes. With the aspiration to become a ballet dancer like her mother, Rin begins her efforts. However, a catastrophic earthquake takes her mother's life, and soon after, Rin can no longer dance ballet due to an injury, leading her to reluctantly abandon her dream. Rin enters Musashino Art University and becomes a freshman on campus. One day, by chance, she finds herself in front of the "Rideback Club," opens the door, and meets a man named Haruki Hishida (voiced by Yuji Ueda) along with a "Rideback." In that moment, Rin's fate is changed. The mature and steady Kiefer (voiced by Tomokazu Sugita), the cheerful and energetic Tamayo Kataoka (voiced by Romi Park), and others appear one after another at Rin's side, all being Rideback riders with similarly clear and free-spirited souls.
