The second OVA animation of the "AD. POLICE" series, divided into three parts. "FAINT VOICE": The story takes place in 2034, where humans live alongside subhumans known as "Buma" in Tokyo. To crack down on criminal Buma, the "AD. POLICE" internally established a special task force called "BRANCH." While searching the residence of a rampaging Buma, BRANCH investigator "Buzz Kubess" and his subhuman partner "Jinbao" discover a large quantity of suspicious drugs. Is there a connection between these mysterious drugs and the rampage of the Buma?
