Ma-po Police Station detective Yang Choon-dong (played by Kim Kang-woo) lacks motivation and a sense of honor, engaging in a pyramid scheme for side income for many years. He loses face when the police crack down on the organization he is part of. Shortly after, a child goes missing in the Ma-po area. Although Choon-dong strongly advocates for the case, the police department forms a task force, resulting in the girl's body being discovered a month later. Furious, Choon-dong unexpectedly recalls a youth he encountered who painted murals, realizing that the content sprayed on the wall at that time is closely related to the case. The task force at the police station, late to the game, excludes Yang Choon-dong. This helpless and reckless man has no choice but to use all his connections to conduct an independent investigation, eventually meeting the youth, Jin-jun (played by Kim Beom). Yang Choon-dong seems to have initially mistaken the target of his investigation, while the youth's bizarre abilities lead the case in an unpredictable direction…
