Wealthy businessman Jack (Billy Zane) and his wife Jennifer (Kelly Brook) are vacationing on a private yacht with friends, including the Richards couple, all hoping to enjoy a pleasant and perfect holiday at sea. The handsome yacht steward Manuel (Juan Pablo Di Pace) has just broken up with his pregnant girlfriend. However, a sudden fire on the yacht leads to its rapid explosion and sinking. Jennifer, who narrowly escapes, uses her last bit of strength to swim to a deserted island, where the only other survivor is Manuel. Fortunately, Manuel is an expert in survival skills and quickly builds a hut for them to stay in and finds food. Everything seems to be blissful until Jack's sudden appearance. The three are trapped on the island – the husband who survived, the sexy and alluring wife, and the brave and handsome guy – and the more terrifying truth is that only one of them can survive.
