The film tells the story of the "Fu Lu Shou" three brothers and their relationships involving family, friendship, and love, showcasing the joyful moments of small characters striving for their dreams. The three brothers "Lu Lan, Jie Shou, and Fu Xiang," who work hard in multiple jobs, often find themselves in bizarre situations and get into trouble. "Lu Lan" (played by Wang Zu Lan) proposes to his girlfriend "Kai Qi" (played by薛凯琪), but Kai Qi's father (played by 曾志伟) refuses to let his daughter marry him because he believes Lu Lan is unsuccessful in his career; Fu Xiang (played by 阮兆祥) is a single dad who has no stable job and relies on odd jobs, constantly receiving disdain from his son Xiang Zi, which makes him very distressed.
