The documentary "Flying Over the Central Plains" travels from the northern city of Anyang to the southern city of Xinyang, capturing the varied landscapes of mountains, hills, plains, rivers, lakes, and waterfalls throughout the seasons, while documenting the topography, climate, natural ecology, and folk customs of various regions in Henan Province.
