28-year-old Asuka Sakuragawa (played by Yuki Uchida) is a freelance writer. One day she wakes up to find herself lying in a bed in a white room. It turns out she is in the isolation ward of a psychiatric hospital, which only accepts female patients. Asuka feels she has lost her memory and has no idea how she ended up here. With the deadline approaching, she cannot leave the hospital without the consent of the staff and her boyfriend, writer Tetsuo (played by Kankuro Nakamura).
