This drama tells the story of young doctor Ayumu Miyamoto, who, while serving as a plastic surgeon, is also appointed to concurrently work in the hospital’s rapidly developing "Mountain Medical Department". Since graduating high school, Ayumu returned to his hometown of Nagano and has had a special connection to the mountains since he grew up in the hills.
