The simple and joyful Happy Feet Uncle Penguin is angry, and that's a major event. Some believe there are only good people in the world, while others think there are only bad ones. A father (played by Lee Won-jik), who lives alone with his daughter, works as a laborer in a factory and is an honest man. Although he worries every day about putting food on the table, he accepts his fate with a cheerful heart. His daughter is a lovely and lively child who is very fond of the penguin doll he gave her.
