Detective Go Jung-huk (played by Seo Joon-young) has hardly a peaceful day, overwhelmed with countless cases and conflicts arising from his impulsive nature, making each day feel like a war. His greatest wish is to bring the boss of Incheon Chinatown, President Song (played by Won Jin), to justice. Although he gradually gathers intel on President Song's whereabouts, he faces repeated setbacks from the Chinese mafia, as the Chinese mob boss Guan Shipei has sent people to assassinate President Song to take control of Chinatown. Jung-huk seeks help from his martial arts teacher, Mu Chi, to locate President Song but unexpectedly puts him in danger.
