The story focuses on the lovable loser Kite Man, who, along with his new girlfriend Gold Glide, moonlights as criminals to support their ridiculous purchase project—a cheap bar in Gotham called Noonan’s. Opening a bar under the shadow of Lex Luthor's "Doomsday Legion" takes Kite Man and Gold Glide's relationship to the next level. No one ever said serving beer to the most dangerous villains outside of Arkham Asylum would be easy, but sometimes you just want to go to a place where everyone knows your name and everyone knows how to hide a body.
