Mahesh (played by Mahesh Babu) grows up in the United States after his parents' death and starts a loan agency. Mahesh employs a rather violent approach to collect debts from borrowers who default on their loans. However, things begin to change when he falls in love with a woman named Karawati (played by Keerthi Suresh). Karawati deceitfully obtains a loan from Mahesh, claiming it's for her education. However, Mahesh later discovers that she is actually a gambling addict. Upon realizing this, he attempts to recover her debt through forceful means. As the story progresses, Mahesh eventually returns to India and meets Karawati's father, Raj, who is a powerful politician and businessman residing in Visakhapatnam, leading to escalating conflicts.
